This premium coating is formulated with an advanced biocide blend that provides effective protection from mold and mildew on the dried paint film. Enviroshield Mold Resistant Coatings can be used on interior surfaces and is ideal for new construction, remodeling or repair projects or for protecting porous and semi-porous masonry surfaces. It is water based and provides easy soap and water clean- up.
